200% CPU Usage Webstorm 2020.3.1

After opening the project, CPU usage stays above 200%. Sometimes it drops to 150% but that's also very high.
I read somewhere that I should do a CPU Usage profiling using Help > Diagnostic Tools > Start / Stop CPU Usage Profiling.

Could you check if disabling JSHint in Settings | Languages & Frameworks | JavaScript | Code Quality Tools | JSHint makes things any better?

That setting was already disabled.
Problem still persists.
Strange, I can clearly see traces from JSHint linter in your snapshot; please try taking new snapshots with JSHint disabled and share them along with the log folder zipped (Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data)
