Where is Stored Procedure Parameter Auto complete settings?

This may be a very straight forward setting but somehow I'm not able to find it.

When my colleague calls a stored procedure, he gets parameter names listed/displayed

but I when I call a stored procedure, I don't get those parameter names (p_title, p_season, p_start_dt etc). It's easier to fill in a parameter value when I know what argument it accepts

Where can I turn this on?
