My Cursor is jumping all around file - to bulid657

I don't know what is happing when i just copied a method from one class to another class, and now when i start to type, my cursor jumps to the different positions in the file. is anyone having this issue.

Do you see that behavior in other text editors?
Try disabling
Wrap on typingin Preferences | Editor | Code Style | Wrapping and BracesTry also disabling all custom plugins: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/managing-plugins.html#disable-plugin
