Struck in code

Hi . I have started a three month free trial for learning python . I am continuing with Tic - Tac - Toe project . I am at the last assignment of the stage 2 that is the user is a game master . I got struck here . It is the last assignment of " the user is a game master " that is the work project : implement . Here I am not able to understand the objective no. 1 that is " Reads a string of 9 symbols from the input and displays them to the user in 3 * 3 grid .... " Kindly help me and tell help what we have to do in it . Kindly help me Thank you Waiting for your reply
