CSS Color Changer Dialog - Add Custom Project Colors

We frequently define a set of CSS colors for each web project. Is there a way to modify the Color Chooser Dialog to include those specific colors and do so at the top of the color list?

As it is, we have to navigate to find an existing usage of a specific color we are reusing throughout a project, just to paste it into a style declaration. We started defining our colors in a comment at the top of each stylesheet, but we still have to scroll to find it, then return to where we were and paste it. Would be must better if we could define those in the project and have them show as the first options in the Color Chooser Dialog.
