Can't update Goland to the latest version

I'm using Manjaro OS. JDK version is 11.0.10

When I'm trying to update IDE to 2021.1 via "Check for updates" button

"Failed to prepare an update: Request failed with status code 403"

I've tried to download .tar.gz, but execution of goland.sh ends up with error as well.
