Cant upload plugin??

When I go here: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/add
I select the file and license and click "Upload plugin" and nothing happens. At all.
I've tried safari AND chrome.

Redbastie, sorry to hear that! Did you notice anything in the Developer's Console?
Which plugin do you refer to?
I figured it out. I had to add a tag to it.
