OverlappingFileLockException while running Github Template

I followed the instructions, used this template and ran the sample code, but it didn't work.
I can only run projects with DevKit method. Both Gradle and Github Template failed to run. They have the same error:

I am also able to run any project under Linux.

System and IDE:

IntelliJ IDEA 2020.3.2 (Ultimate Edition)
Build #IU-203.7148.57, built on January 26, 2021
Runtime version: 11.0.9.1+11-b1145.77 x86_64
VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o.
macOS 10.16

This issue is related to your environment, not the Plugin Template project itself. Please check https://discuss.gradle.org/t/overlappingfilelockexception-when-trying-to-use-gradle-on-windows-8/1169

Jakub Chrzanowski thanks for the response. I already saw the link. In my case Gradle `hello world` and `Clean Task` works fine. No Error.

can it be from jbr? because I also see this in error:

Execution failed for task ':runIde'.
> Process 'command '/Users/amir/.gradle/caches/modules-2/files-2.1/com.jetbrains/jbre/jbr-11_0_9-osx-x64-b944.49/jbr/Contents/Home/bin/java'' finished with non-zero exit value 3

 

edit: I noticed that :buildSearchableOptions task fails. these tasks are fine:

> Task :patchPluginXml
> Task :processResources UP-TO-DATE
> Task :classes UP-TO-DATE
> Task :instrumentCode
> Task :postInstrumentCode
