Stray "visual guide" at 80 chars when editing Vue file

After a recent upgrade which included IntelliJ 2020.3, my .vue type of files started having a visual guide line at 80 chars even though the setting is for 120 chars. The 120 appears as normal and moves as expected and can be removed if no setting is entered in "Visual guides", but there's another, somewhat darker line, appearing at column 80 that I can't get rid of.
