Pycharm keeps running the same code even after deleting or editing Follow

when I edit my code in scss and run my Django project it keeps running my old code.

below is my project in pycharm when i edit color to black.

and below is when I inspect my project when it runs. It keeps running a code that's not even there. 

i check my files and they are not showing grey so i'm pretty much lost.

help!!
