Does it work in the other Java Swing applications like JEdit or NetBeans?

I'm also having issues on MX Linux (but on Ubuntu it works, so this really is a MX-Linux specific isssue).

So far the pattern I've been able to detect is that any command with `Ctrl` is not working, where `Ctrl` is the first key in sequence.

Happens in Intellij as well as Pycharm (2022.3.1)

Cyrill Kuettel Please file a new report to our issue tracker and provide more details there:

  • Contents of the IDE's Help | About window (press 'Copy' button to copy as text)
  • Current keyboard layout and system locale
  • Are the shortcuts that use Ctrl recognized in the Keymap settings -> 'Find Shortcut' popup? (img reference below)
