Make Pycharm run code on console by default Follow

I can change the run configuration file by file by right clicking on it and clicking on "Modify run configuration". How can I change this for every file? On this other post they suggest to edit the Template of run configuration, but I Clicked on Ctrl + Alt + s > Editor > File and Code Templates and did not find Template run configuration
