Having to set inspections, spelling, and other settings in every project is infuriating

I keep having to change my IDE settings every single time I create a new project and it is infuriating.

How do I make it so this IDE remembers my settings for ALL PROJECTS??????

I don't want to have to add the same word to the dictionary over and over.

I don't want to have to disable certain inspections over and over.

I don't want to have to add custom HTML elements over and over.

Someone please explain this to me before I just go back to VSCODE.
