PHPStorm 2021.1 : ALT + number from keypad doesn't work (ALT + 123 or ALT + 96)
After upgrading to PHPStorm 2021.1, I cannot type curly braces using ALT + 123, or typing a backtick using ALT + 96.
I'm on windows with an Italian layout keyboard.
No troubles with 2020.3.
Anyone with this bug too? (or is it a new feature and I've to find the option somewhere?)

Today I upgraded to 2021.1 - what a mistake!
Same problem here, using Slovak keyboard layout, but it's not working with Eng either
Having the same problem after the update to 2021.1, quite annoying.
English OS (Win10), English QWERTY keyboard layout (tried others just to be sure).
I am quite used to writing stuff like "@" or curly brackets with Alt codes...
I have same problem. It's very hard now to working without curly brackets. Hope this will be fixed asap.
