How to resolve TLD tab lib import URI on JSP file?

Answered

I just use the Ultimate version the first time, but I didn't find it on the Community Edition version.

They're customized library, I need to solve because I like ease on the eyes.

**It doesn't impact while developing code

Could you please prepare and provide a small sample project illustrating the problem and
the exact steps to reproduce (complete zipped source tree and project files)?

Try adding the following at the start of your .tld:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<!DOCTYPE taglib PUBLIC "-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD JSP Tag Library 1.1//EN"
  "http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/web-jsptaglibrary_1_1.dtd">

I'm also looking for a way to do this.
It would be awesome if it could be done

In the project's facets dialog add the directory that contains the TLDs to the "Web Resource Directories" and set the "Path Relative to Deployment Root" to "/WEB-INF/"
