How to change junit "Run on" Target in templates?

I am using WSL2
And i want to run unitTest on WSL
in "Edit default Config" i was eble to do that:
But the only way that I could access Edit default config window was when I had "Command line too long error"

But I am not able to do that with templates:

Can I set it for templates?
OR can I access "Edit default config" window somehow?
