Windows cannot find. 'file:///C:/...'

I have a compile error shown in the run dialog, but when I click on it expecting to take me to the indicated error position the attached window shows.

Yes, fair enough.

I can confirm this happened after the latest update.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the version I downloaded last and the problem went away. Then came the update notification again. The same thing happened. :(

Does it happen when clicking a link in the built-in terminal, or in certain run console? In the latter case, what run configuration ia used?
