Live Edit - Does NOT work properly with 3rd party browsers

Greetings,

Firstly I would intro this post with my most sincere thanks. I and like most people who use this IDE are astonished and glad that some companies do know how to create a program worth paying for.

Following the latest update I have encountered a severe issue with Live Edit plugin which does not work properly anymore.

Other than having trouble with Live Edit, I had trouble with JavaScript not being recognized by the IDE, so I had to reinstall the IDE from scratch so it will work and now it does. Surprisingly, 'Built-in Preview' method works flawlessly(although with heavy stuttering, can't blame it because it's a new feature right) These were my tests and outcomes showing invalid workflow with Live Edit:

1. For the tests I've created a single 'index.html' file containing 'script' and 'style' tags for no external files

2. Adding new HTML tags trigger the Live Edit to refresh

3. Adding new JavaScript or CSS doesn't trigger Live Edit to refresh(Bug), although it may refresh once, but from there it will not refresh at all

4. Editing the inner values of a tag(any tag) doesn't trigger Live Edit to refresh(Bug)

Of course you can refresh the pages manually but that's not the point, we are missing a great feature which was working before the update.

I was doing the tests together with the 'Built-in preview' feature and everything was working great.

Do you guys encounter the same problems as I do right now?

Regards,

Mark

Could you clarify what you mean by 3rd party browsers?

Screen recording of the issues would be helpful

Changing javascript doesn't update the page, as Live Edit doesn't auto-reload it, changes are hotswapped - and javascript code in your test is only run on page re-loading.

As for problems editing HTML, I need a file to see what's going on. Please share your index.html
