How to make small taskbar icons for Jetbrains products look normal in a taskbar with small icons with Windows 10?

I often misclick trying to open IntelliJ IDEA and DataGrip - they look very similar.
Instead I would like to see an original icon
for IntelliJ IDEA.
They look normal after opening, though.

This seems to be caused by incorrect DPI detection, but we need some more details to investigate this further.
