Project Tool Window doesn't show up in View/Tool Windows

I can't see the Project Tool Window and I can't press Alt+1. Any help. I'm using version 2021.1.1

Could you provide additional information for the investigation?

The files can be uploaded at https://uploads.jetbrains.com . (do not forget to specify the UploadID)

As a workaround you can try to do:

Close the IDE, delete all .iml files and .idea directory from your project folder, and re-import the project into IntelliJ from Existing sources.
Reinstall the IDE from https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download .
