Code Completion Problems in "Code with me"

Hey,
I'm currently working with my colleagues using the "Code with me" Plugin. The problem is that the automatic code completion is on for a little while but then turns off without us doing anything. Some side info: One is using macOS and the others Windows (just if cross-platform could be the problem). In the settings, Code-Completion is on and set to its usual configuration. Does anyone have a solution or things to try out as I haven't found any mentions on this problem online so far?
