Is it feasible? English by default?

I am in Russia now. And I use Windows 10 in Russian.

Every time I launch Jetbrains app - I have to switch my keyboard to English three times (since my keyboard persists in Russian):

1. when I create a new project

2. when I create a new class

3. when I start typing inside the class

It's rather annoying, since most of the time I forget to switch at least once and have to waste time on fixing typing error.

BTW, with Eclipse I have to switch language only once.
