Cannot add new toolchain Follow

Hi,

I have a very strange problem. I am trying to use Valgrind via WSL1 on WIndows 10 for Clion. I installed the necessary files on the Linux subsystem, I have a working Ubuntu install, valgrind is installed, etc. The next step would be to add a toolchain to Clion, and I literally cannot do that. If I press the + sign or try to Alt+Insert, nothing happens.

I just cannot find this problem on forums anywhere. I would really appreciate an advice.
