help text on popup does not show details

We use the Ultimate version in our company. The help popup info that I get is brief whereas on my colleague's desktop a much more descriptive help shows up. We are not able to figure out how to fix it. The attached image shows the difference in the display text for the same annotation keyword. Appreciate any help to fix this issue. thanks in advance
