Gradle sync failed: The Jdk installation is invalid

Picture says it all. I tried reinstalling IntelliJ, installing a new JDK, installing a new Android JDK, sdk, JRE and whatnot, tried upgrading gradle and nothing works. I try to select a new Jdk, click apply and the fucking thing goes back to as it was. to a NON EXISTING path. I've been at this problem for FAR too long and I'm sorry for being upset about this, but how in the hell can I fix this.
