After compiling angular 12 WebStorm don't reconize any angular tag
When i install node_module everything is okay but when i run ng start, webstorm don't recognize anymore all angular tag

Must be WEB-50675 that is fixed in 2021.1.2 RC

Yes, upgrading should solve the issue
