Clion does not run

Hi ,
I've installed the newest version of clion yesterday and it worked just right but after closing it and reopening, it didn't open with a "The application “CLion” can’t be opened." error message.
1. my clion is the newest version
2. I haven't installed it before
3. even when I tried reinstalling the app, it even didn't open once this time
4. I have the same problem with pycharm professional too

Please do `Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data` and send the resulted archive to clion-support at jetbrains.com. Note that logs might contain private user's information (like file paths and names).
