PyCharm Codex configuration

I am interested in trying the new Codex integration in PyCharm and have an OpenAI API key. But, our institution accesses OpenAI through an Azure provider with a couple of integration-specific Codex configuration flags. For the Codex macOS app and CLI these are set in ~/.codex/config.toml but it seems like the PyCharm integration installs its own tooling and doesn't use this file. So login using the API key via the PyCharm AI Assistant tool window fails. Where do I find the PyCharm equivalent file to modify or how do I set PyCharm to use the system-install Codex?
