I'm trying to reapply for the Student Pack because I missed the reminder email. However, when I fill out the reapplication form, it sends me a link to verify my email address.
The problem is that my email has already been verified. When I click the verification link, I get a message saying that my email is already verified and that I should complete the reapplication form again. When I do that, I'm sent back to the same email verification step, creating an endless loop.

Please repeat your attempts to apply for a renewal with GitHub option or try other options such as 'University email address' or ISIC card via your JetBrains account. The application process is fully automated, and unfortunately, we are unable to grant manual or temporary licenses outside of this process.
