AI assistant gives quota and then takes it away

My AI assistant quota disappeared when I wasn't using it!? My AI assistant quota was still ~90% on Friday and only 20% remained on Sunday (during the period when I wasn't using it it disappeared) how is this possible, please explain?

Thank you for writing and sharing your concern. To investigate what has changed, could you please create a support ticket via https://www.jetbrains.com/support/ ad our engineers will be happy to help. Also, it would be helpful if you can share the logs as well while creating the ticket.

Before collecting the logs, we need to make them more informative. It is done by enabling additional logging categories in the IDE settings.

Steps to follow:

  1. Go to Help | Diagnostic Tools | Debug Log Settings

  2. Add the following lines to the textbox that appears:

    com.intellij.ml.llm
    com.intellij.util.io.HttpRequests
    com.intellij.util.proxy.CommonProxy

  3. Restart the IDE
  4. Reproduce the issue
  5. Use Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data to generate the archive with logs
  6. Attach the logs to the support request or upload them privately to our server and share the generated upload ID with support engineers.
