Lost student license

Hello,

my student license seems to have disappeared from my account without no prior notification. Previously I'd renew around December, but I litreally lost the license yesterday.

I tried reactivating, but after I filled the form as a teacher with my school mail, I got: “This email address was recently used to submit an application. Please check your inbox or try again later."

Is there anything I can do to recover the license?

The support asked me for License ID, but I literally don't have anything assigned to my account, so I can't provide it. I definitely logged in with the right email, so that's not the problem.
