I have been using a free JetBrains educational license as a student for over a year. However, when I tried to renew my license, I received a message saying that my university email address is not recognized, as mentioned in the title.
My university email address is dydrnjs@sunmoon.ac.kr.
Could you please check why my university email address is no longer recognized and let me know how I can renew my educational license?

Thank you for your request. If you continue your studies, I can recommend you to apply for a renewal of your student subscription via your
JetBrains account, clicking the dedicated link Renew my Education Pack, filling out the form and submitting it.
Please note that the application process is fully automated, and unfortunately, we are unable to grant manual or temporary licenses outside of this process. According to our records there are many student subscriptions issued recently with the automatic verification via GitHub and linked with the email addresses at your University domain. It means this domain was added to our list of trusted domains. If the option 'University email address' doesn't work for you, please apply either with the option GitHub or ISIC card.
If you are the student of this school, please enroll to GitHub Student Developer Program at https://education.github.com/discount_requests/application. After being verified as a student with GitHub, please wait for 72 hours until all benefits become available and then apply for JetBrains educational subscription with your GitHub account (GitHub tab) via your JetBrains account.
Alternatively, you can apply for an ISIC card at https://www.isic.org/ validate it and apply with the option ISIC card via your JetBrains account.
In the meantime, please use trial versions of the IDEs you need.
