Solicitação do pacote JetBrains Students

Não consigo fazer a solicitação do pacote. Após algumas tentativas o sistema fala que “Seu email Ja foi usado recentemente para fazer uma solicitação de pacotes” porem nada aparece na minha lista de e-mails
