Network requirements

We are currently investigating connectivity issues with PyCharm in our corporate environment.

To assist with troubleshooting and proxy configuration, could you please provide:

• A list of URLs, domains, and endpoints that PyCharm requires for normal operation.
• Any specific requirements for application updates, plugin downloads, licensing, and JetBrains Account authentication.
• Information about TLS/SSL certificate validation and whether SSL inspection may impact PyCharm connectivity.
• Documentation regarding proxy server support and recommended proxy configuration.
• Any network ports that need to be accessible.
• A whitelist recommendation for environments using web filtering, secure web gateways, or corporate proxy solutions.

Our environment utilizes corporate proxy and security filtering, so we would like to ensure that all required JetBrains services are properly accessible.

Any official documentation or KB articles covering these requirements would be greatly appreciated.
