double shift not finding files that exist

For a while now, when I do a double shift to find files, and I type a file name of “000015-forms.php” it shows no results.  The file “000015-forms.php” is a file that does exist.  In my laravel project is located src/storage/tenant/000015/000015-forms.php.  Why does it not find these files?  Include non-project items is selected.  Filters is set to all.

In the past this has worked, but a year, possibly two years ago it stopped.  How can I get this to work again?
