Wayland Encoding Bug and Sometimes clipboard sharing between ChromeOS and the Linux container drops

Note: Since every existing relevant issue old and I can post any more messages there, I am posting this as a new issue. 

– Problem 1 – :

Copying and Pasting resulted a fake foreign language characters. I tried to translate that fake foreign language text but nothing returned. 

Googling showed me this:

[Wayland Encoding Bug: When running newer versions of JetBrains IDEs with Wayland enabled on ChromeOS, copying text inside the IDE can corrupt the clipboard buffer, causing copied UTF-8 text to paste as garbled or fake-Chinese characters (Mojibake)] 

– Problem 2 – :

Sometimes clipboard sharing between ChromeOS and the Linux container drops, meaning Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V stop working between external apps (like Chrome browser) and PyCharm.
