"Sorry, this email address is blocked. Please use another email address"

I am a verified member of the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but I cannot activate my JetBrains Student License because my university email domain (@smail.xtu.edu.cn) is blocked.

Even when I try the “Authorize with GitHub” option, the process still does not work still gives me ‘Sorry, this email address is blocked. Please use  another email address’. This is very frustrating because GitHub has already verified my student status.

I have also attached photos/documents as proof of my active student status. I kindly ask you to review these materials, as they clearly confirm my eligibility.

I really want to use JetBrains products, and I truly admire the tools you provide for students and developers. It is very important to me to get access to the Student License, since I enjoy working with JetBrains and want to continue learning with your IDEs.

Since I am not an ISIC/ITIC cardholder, and I already passed GitHub’s verification process, I kindly ask you to help me resolve this issue without requiring the SWOT process.
