Two plugins for safer SQL in DataGrip: production-aware query review and migration checks

Hi! I build two plugins that might help DataGrip users who work on production databases:

- QueryGuard — classifies data sources (DEV/TEST/STAGING/PROD, also via a shared `.queryguard.yml`) and
 reviews `DELETE`/`UPDATE` without `WHERE`, `DROP`, `TRUNCATE` and data-modifying CTEs before you run them.
