"Export Data Sources" for Pycharm is broken

I am following these instructions: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/datagrip/managing-data-sources.html#sharing-data-source-settings
Step 3 does not work; the documentation speaks of checkboxes named Database: drivers, etc. But they do not appear.

You can export and import data source settings by using the settings.zip file. The settings.zip file includes only data sources that are available at the global level.
You can export only GLOBAL data sources with this action, because all project data sources are stored in project settings/folder. Actually you can simple select all your data sources and press CTRL+C, then paste this text somewhere, move to another machine and COPY/PASTE into new IDE.
to be able to export data sources with settings, please make them global in properties.

just checked with 1 global data source - it works for me in latest version
