The Tools | Generate GroovyDoc is not visible in Intellij

I want to generate the groovy documentation using Generate GroovyDoc. But I couldn't find the menu to generate it. 

Intellij version: 2021.2

The action has been removed long time ago. See https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-80697#focus=Comments-27-3935496.0-0

We will fix the documentation.

Thanks Konstantin Annikov that would be good. I was just thinking if it is available inside intellij I can use it.
