PyCharm stops at removed breakpoints
I removed some breakpoints, but PyCharm debuggger keeps stopping there. Happy to help you with more information. I had this issue for months.

Hi,
Does the issue reproduce every time? Is it reproduced in every project?
Does it reproduce if you create a new project with minimal code?
I am also having this issue using docker-compose.
