No Java FX tab while packaging JavaFX Application

I am trying to create a javaFX application jar file from my project.

So I went into artifacts in project structure and created a new artifact.

However, in my application jar file settings, there is only the output layout tab and not the pre-processing, post-processing, and Java FX tabs.

You can see the problem in this image:

Why is this happening?
