OpenJDK Platform Binary not responding in Minecraft

i have this problem since i installed my new nvidia gtx 1650 gpu. every time i open minecraft from minecraft launcher it stays in the loading screen until "OpenJDK Platform Binary is not responding" appears and makes me choose whether to close the program or wait for it to work (I tried to wait but nothing happens). i bought this gpu just to have a better experience in minecraft (driver updated) it's a shame this happens, does anyone know how to fix? (the picture is in Italian)
