Specific file names won't get recognized by the IDE Follow

Upgraded to latest WebStorm version and files with name of: "actions.ts" don't get recognized by the IDE and the CodeStyle does not affect it. The file just get rendered as plain text and NOT as a TypeScript code. It happens only to files with the name: "actions.ts".
