Change Signature => Delegate via overloading method

Hey there, I found this in the IntelliJ Forum but could not find it in Webstorm:

"Change Signature" refactoring there is a radio button at
the top of the dialog to select "Delegate via overloading method"

Any idea how I could accomplish this in WS? Thank you.
