pycharm not changing line in either full or different window sizes
Answered
Hi everyone,
I have a question for which i couldn't find anything in the forum. Is there a way to make pycharm change line at the end of the window dimensions instead of continuing on the same line? Not sure if i explain it correctly, but for example when I'm writing text in sublime and hits the end of the window , either in full size or in a smaller window, based on different monitor dimensions it changes line automatically but in pycharm it keeps going in one line.
Regards and thanks for the patience

Hi, do you mean wrap on typing?
Hi and thanks for the time.
No, i'm attaching a screenshot to try and make it clearer. If you see below example sentence , i would like to directly continue in a new line when i hit the end of the window not having to press enter and change line.
Does this make sense? Is it clearer what I'm asking and trying to achieve? In other editors this is default behaviour, when hitting the end of the window size to change line instead of staying on the same and having to move the bar in order to see the rest of the sentence
Perhaps you mean soft wrap?
Hi
Yes , Soft-Wrap is what I was referring to, is there a way to persist it for every note and not enable it for each note individually?
Regards and thanks for the patience!
Yes, please see below:
Thanks a lot for the help. This can be marked as solved!
