CWM microphone disabled

I tried to use Code With Me. It worked (though very slow) but microphone and camera are disabled. They don't appear in the menu bar and under Permissions and security it looks like in the attached image.

Version 2021.2.1 (ultimate edition), windows 10

server url: https://code-with-me.jetbrains.com

According ro our system administrator there are no restrictions for the windows system.

What could I try to get it working?
