When I try open any folder, WS freezes and I get macOS wait cursor (rainbow spinning wheel)

I use WebStorm, IntelliJ Idea and CLion. Only WebStrom has this problem, what can I do?

I guess there is a problem when WS try to launch Finder API to get a filesystem info. 

So, when I try use "Open" on Welcome window, WS freezes. If I will try to create a new project, well I can do it but with default location. If I will try to change it - I got the same, WS freezes and macOS wait cursor. 

Ok, If I will create a project in default location and try to open a folder from "File" menu, I still get this error.

IDEA and CLion works without any problems. Only WS has these problems. 

Should I write somewhere else?

I am on Catalina. Thanks.
