Can't upload on Stm32 board with Clion Embedded development (Unable to match requested speed 500 kHz, using 480 kHz)

I followed all the steps from StmCubeMxproject and OpenOCD support (https://www.jetbrains.com/help/clion/embedded-overview.html)
My Operating System is Windows 10.


This is the .cfg file

I try to upload the code on a Stm32L486 board with external st-link but this is the Error that I get :
