New MacBook Pro 14 inch experience and PHP storm

Hey, I am still working on a MacBook Pro 13 inch core I7 with 16gb of ram, 2 4k external monitors with a black magic egpu. Can someone share some experience how big of an upgrade the new MacBook Pro 14. Was think about this spec.

Apple M1 Pro with 10-core CPU, 16-core GPU, 16-core Neural Engine

32GB unified memory

1TB SSD storage
